COST: £610 per month, 1 month deposit
The cost includes ALL BILLS (council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband, tv license) and also the kitty to buy washing stuff.

THE FLAT: duplex 4 bedrooms flat with a spacious living room, a balcony, a big kitchen (with all the modcons), 1 bathroom with brand new shower and 1 small toilet.

THE LOCATION: amazing location, on the highsteet, surrounded by shops and amenities.
5 minutes from Kilburn station (Jubilee line), 7 minutes from Willesden Green station (Jubilee line) and Cricklewood Station (Thameslink), 10 minutes to Brondesbury station (overground).
The bus stop is just at our doorstep, with 24 hour buses going to central London (189 and 16).
Very well connected to all airports, in particular Luton (30 minutes by train from Cricklewood or by bus from Golders Green) and Stansted (45 minutes by bus).

US: we are 2 guys and 1 girl, all professionals, easy-going, clean and tidy. Independent but still enjoying spending time with the flatmates.
