Lovely room in King’s Cross available in August

I am looking for someone to take over my contract from August 3 to September 19, as I am moving back to France to pursue my studies.

About the flat : perfectly located in the heart of London, in a calm neighborhood, 10mins walk to King’s Cross train station and 1min to the nearest bus station. It’s honestly the best place you can be in London with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants down the street, you’ll also be very close to Coal Drops Yard and Angel.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 other students/young professionals who are friendly and very tidy. The flat is composed of a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It’s on the 4th floor with elevator.

About the room : the room is huge (the biggest in the flat) with an amazing view on King’s Cross, and you can even enjoy the sunset on your own private balcony. The room comes furnished with a double bed, cupboards, a bedside table, a desk and a chest of drawers. As I am moving back to France, I am offering an ironing board, a drying rack, cooking utensils, my plants, and a lamp for a fair price (£100).

The rent is £975/month excluding bills, but bills are generally around $30~40/month for water, electricity and WiFi.
