Hi there, I am looking for someone to move in to one of the rooms that is going to be free from end of July. It is a 5 bed house with three boys and two girls (one of the boys are moving out). We are URGENTLY looking for someone to move in.

10 mins walk from Kingsbury station
5 bedrooms, one main bathroom, one toilet, one shower room, shared kitchen, plenty of storage space, garden, loft space.
Rent at the moment is £680pp monthly. In total it’s £3400 monthly. Rent may change for next tenancy. Bills not included in price.
About the tenants:
We all work full/part time. Students at the moment a few of us are graduating this year. We’re all friendly and get along. Get on with our own things but hang out when we get the chance. We are fairly clean and keep on top of being tidy. Landlord is great any problems it gets sorted.
The room that will be free from July is on the first floor, it is really big and comes with furniture.
