I'm moving out on 14th of June 2024, and my double room on the ground level will be available for rent.

Furnished with Bed, Wardrobe, nightstand, Desk and chair . There's also a wall-storage.

1,105 £ a month, includes all but gas and electricity (30-40a month) my lease ends in September 2024 and you may choose to extend beyond then.

It's conveniently located near Lambeth North Station (Bakerloo Line), just a 7-minute walk away, right before the Imperial War Museum.
Location is key, Lambeth North is in Zone 1, gets you to Central Piccadilly in just ten minutes and this spot offers 4-minute walk to the bus stops serving major routes like 59, 159, 3, and 344 etc. Additionally, there's a short walk to Tesco Express and Sainsbury. the River Thames is a mere 5 minutes away, perfect for runners or a summer night stroll along the water. you can walk into Westminster. Vauxhall station on the Victoria Line is approximately a 15-minute walk. same walking distance towards Waterloo Station. Currently, there are two female professional (dancer and a nurse) and one male student as roommates. Everyone is laid-back, and we each have our own space. There's a small common room, mainly used for drying clothes. Shared facilities include the kitchen, bathroom, and shower.
