Large room by Waterloo/Lambeth North

I'm moving to a friend's place so leaving my double room in a house which is close to Waterloo and Lambeth North tube stations in central London.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, a nice office chair, a sofa and overlooking the garden. The house is 7 minutes walk from Waterloo station (4 tube lines and ordinary trains) and 4 minutes walk from Lambeth North station on the Bakerloo line. You can walk to Piccadilly/Covent Garden in 15-20 minutes, to London Eye in 8 minutes.

It's a month to month rolling agreement, so there is no long minimum stay requirement, you can leave whenever it suits you, or stay long if you prefer. The rent may be negotiable.

There's a large kitchen with a large fridge and ditto freezer, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bathrooms each with a bathtub.
