Hello!

This is a double room available in a lovely houseshare in Lee! The rent is £600 per month (which includes council tax) plus bills. The room itself is a great size and south-facing so gets lots of light and stays extra warm and cosy. Comes part-furnished with a bed, bedside table, shelves plus a built in wardrobe and clothing rail so lots of storage space!

The house has lots of character and really feels like a home, there is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen (with a dishwasher!!) and a garden which is so nice in the summer.

You'd be living with 2 couples - Meg and Robbie who share the other bedroom on the first floor.
And Mima and Matthew who share the loft conversion with their own en-suit. Matthew also has 2 pet snakes.
They are all really friendly and respectful young working professionals, up for a chat or watching TV although everyone has their own schedules.

We're a 5 minute walk from Sutcliffe park which is one of my favourites in the area. Theres a tesco express just down the road when you really need a pint of milk, or a sainsburys and aldi both about a 10 minute drive away. Its a 15 minute walk to Lee station which is well connected. And there is also free on-street parking.
