Furnished double room available. The room backs onto our garden, so it’s really lovely and quiet. It also gets loads of lovely natural light.

The House
We’re located a 7 minute walk from Leytonstone Station for the Central Line, 6 minute walk from Leytonstone High Road Station for the Overground, and 10 minute walk from Leyton Station (also Central Line). We’re a stone’s throw from Francis Road for nice cafes and shops and right in between two great local pubs on either end of our road (Heathcote and Star, Northcote), as well as really close to Wanstead Flats for lovely leafy walks toward Forest Gate and its taprooms and breweries. It really feels like we’re right in the sweet spot between Leytonstone, Leyton, and Forest Gate.

About the Current Housemates
You’d be living with 2 friendly male professionals who enjoy doing their own thing but also hanging out now and then. We’d like the new housemate to work full time, regular hours and also be laid-back and sociable, up for cooking the odd dinner/having a glass of wine together but also up for doing their own thing. We’d be happy with someone that works a few days remotely but probably wouldn’t be looking for someone who’s at home all the time.
