Looking for a new flatmate for my two-bedroom flat located right between London Bridge Station and Borough.
The 51 m² flat has been recently renovated and comes with: a spacious kitchen; shared bathroom; small hallway and two neat and bright rooms that have a direct view of the Shard and local greenery
The monthly utility costs not included in the rental price are around £40 to £80 pm for electricity/heating and another £20 for water. The property lies in the council tax band D, so the overall monthly price for the flat is at around £1200 per person.
The 13m² room is already furnished (Ikea furniture bought 1.5 years ago -which includes a wardrobe; double bed and mattress (not the ones from the picture-newer ones); shelves; a desk with office chair) but all this can be removed if you'd prefer your own fittings.
Since my current flatmate will be moving out in June I am looking for new tenant to take over her room. The flatshare is well suited for any young professional and is conveniently close to the city across London Bridge. Ideally I am looking to live with a friendly housemate, who doesn't mind keeping the flat clean and is considerate regarding noise during night time :)
