Double room to rent in recently decorated flat

Hi I'm Ahmet and I'm renting the spare room in my flat.
The room is partially furnished and can be unfurnished or fully furnished depending on your needs.
The flat has recently been decorated and is a very calming, relaxing and serene space.
I am an easy going and independent person who when at home enjoys meditating, cooking, reading and listening to music and talks particularly on Personal Development.
I'm looking for a tenant who is comfortable in their own company as well as having conversation.
Something that is important to me is that we are both mindful of sharing a space and that we respect each other in this.

I work as a Coach and Counsellor and run a private practice in the City but occasionally work from home.

I have a fortnightly cleaner and there is off road parking all included in the price.
Transport links are really good with Canning Town and West Ham stations both close by offering easy access to Canary wharf, Central London and Stratford. Star Lane DLR is also very close.

There are local shops and supermarkets as well as a range of different takeaway shops.
