Cosy Room in Homerton

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join our lovely home in Homerton!
Our current housemate is leaving to move in with her boyfriend and we are looking for someone just as great to complete our house!

The room is super cosy and quiet and comes fully furnished.
We've got big shared spaces (both living room and kitchen are huge- will upload photos soon!) and we have a cute garden—perfect for hanging out or just enjoying some downtime. We haven’t been able to enjoy much of it this year, but once the sun is out, we love to hang out there!

We are in a super tucked in quiet street, but just a stone's throw from Homerton High Street and the Overground station (10 minute walk) and there’s plenty of buses around so you can get anywhere easily!
We both also have bikes and there’s room for more if needed!

Our rent just went up ( not ideal, but it is London) and now, with all bills included (water, electric, council tax, Netflix and a cleaner once a week) it comes to a total of £1100 a month.

We work in creative industries with quite different schedules but we love to hang out and have dinner together whenever we can!

Not a party house but really friendly and respectful. V close to Homerton hospital, v close to Hackney road filled with great restaurants, cafes and shops, and a walk away from Hockey Marshes.

We are aiming to find someone by mid May as the reference process can take a while!
