Double bedroom in Highgate Flat

Heya potential housemate!

This ad is for a lovely 4 room flat (2 bedrooms, 1 study and 1 living room). A spot for a single occupant has become available, as my current house mate will be moving up North for work.

As for me, I work in Cybersecurity, enjoy the odd raving sesh and am usually out cycling if I’m not playing Video games with mates. I’m an easy going guy, happy for a chat and chill over a drink, but tend to be pretty busy day-to-day so you may not see me very often!

The flat is an amazing spot, close to Highgate Wood, a 10 minute walk to both Muswell Hill and the Highgate tube station. The landlords are pretty hands-free, which is also a nice plus.

There is 1 of 2 possible rooms for you to choose (we have yet to decide which makes for a good living room), but are similar in size (see photo of first option). As I have my workspace setup in my room, you would also have your own small study (see sofa picture) to do with as you please.

Bills work out to about 80 pounds each, but can give you exact numbers while viewing.
