The room is very spacious with a super high ceiling, wood floors, skylights and warehouse beams. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, clothing rails, bed frame, mirrors, big chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a sofa (desk is pictured)

The hall has space to hang your bike if you have one, and there is off-street parking available. Our front door opens out onto a private alley accessed by a security gate. Bathroom is shared and you will have your own cabinet for toiletries 🧼

Your flatmates will be four wonderful young professionals, defo not a party house although we enjoy drinks and chills occasionally 🍷

Fountayne Road is a real up-and-coming area with a community feel. 5 mins away, there’s a stunning park with the lovely River Lea canal walkway - it goes all the way to Hackney and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park!

A 5 min walk to find the Tottenham Hale Retail Park with a Lidl, Boots, Costa, Poundland, TKMaxx, Iceland, Pret, Greggs + more. The retail park is also 2 mins from Tottenham Hale station which is in front of a TheGym, Asda Express and Tesco Express!

The area is very well connected by train with the Victoria line (night tube!), Overground, as well as National Rail services direct to Stansted Airport & Liverpool Street (10 min).
Also buses from Seven Sisters station (7 min walk) with direct routes to Shoreditch, London Bridge, Dalston, Stoke Newington, etc.
