There are two of us in the house, maybe you'll be the third...

I'm 33 (male), professional background working in the charity sector. Have lots of interests and am usually up for a chat about wide variety of topics. I've lived here for almost 4 years.
You'd also be living with a waiter/musician (he's also early/mid 30s). He's been living here for about 8 months.

Looking for someone who is reasonably quiet and gets on well with us both. It's a friendly house, we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves whilst also being up for having a drink or meal & listening to some music together.

N. b. the room is currently is/can be furnished or the room can be a blank slate for whoever moves in, happy to have a chat and see what works for you.

Double room size is approx- 12 x 10"3 (3.65 x 3.12m)

It's a 3 bed house with garden.

House is about 15 mins walk from Turnpike Lane / Wood Green tube.
10 mins walk to Lordship rec / Downhills Park
