A lovely living space in a bustling yet peaceful area. Our charming three-bedroom apartment has an inviting room available. Here are the details:

Room: One of three of the double rooms is available- Currently, there are three of us so you would be the fourth joining one man and one couple. Third level window out onto a park. It was previously used as an office hence the photos-but is now furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms: One of the other bedrooms has an en-suite so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with one flatmate.

Kitchen/Living Room: Our apartment features a spacious kitchen/living room area. We tend to cook separately and eat together- we're quite sociable in the evenings.

Roof Terrace/Balcony: We are very lucky to have a bit of outdoor space - we have a table and chairs out on a peaceful roof terrace which is particularly nice in the summer.

Convenient Location: The flat is ideally situated within a 20-minute walk from Finsbury Park, providing easy access to transportation and a range of amenities. Archway is just a 10-minute walk away, and Crouch Hill is a short 8-minute stroll.

What we love about the flat is how close it is to Highgate Woods and the Parkland Walk. We're also really close to lots of restaurants and pubs - and from a more practical perspective - every single shop you could need is in walking distance. (Aldi/Lidl/Sainsburys/Tesco/Waitrose/M&S etc.)
