One Double bedroom with en suite bathroom is available in a three bedroom, two bathroom, clean, tidy, well connected flat in Wood Green, London, N22.

Contract start date: 1st August 2024, for a minimum of 6 months.

All female flat. The other two housemates are two Chilean primary school teachers in their early 30s. They are kind and well respecting of other people and the use of the space. I am keen to find someone who will echo their attitude to ensure a harmonious living arrangement. This let would suit a female working professional who is looking for a peaceful base to come back to after a long day at work or exploring the city.

The double bedroom 1 available has sole use of the en-suite bathroom 1.
The other two double bedrooms are occupied and share bathroom 2.

The flat is a smoke and drug free home. The rooms are well spread out with one bedroom at one end of the flat next to the shared bathroom overlooking the decked garden, and the other two bedrooms, (one with en-suite), are separated by the sitting room at the other end. The sitting room is bright and has two sofas. The decked outdoor space is shared with the flat next-door. Vegetarian use of the kitchen is preferred, however, clean and tidy meat eaters are welcome. Supermarkets, shops, transport links and green spaces are all within walking distance. Neighbours are friendly and take the post.
