Lovely room in bright, homey North London flat :)

My current flatmate is moving out to buy her own place so I’m looking for someone to join the tenancy from 11th July.

It’s a bright and beautiful flat in a great location! The area is quiet and surrounded by green space - Finsbury Park is only 10 minutes walk away and Parkland walk is on our doorstep. Crouch End is at the bottom of the hill, with loads of restaurants, independent shops and the lido 🩵 and there are great transport links which makes getting into the city super easy (Finsbury Park station - 20 min walk, 10 minute bus or 5 minute train from Harringay station).

I’ve lived here for 7 years now and it really does feel like a home. The flat is spacious and has loads of storage space - it’s being let part furnished at the moment, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and the room has loads of built in shelves but you would need a bed.

Rent is currently £925 per month but will be rising to £975 from 11th August and bills come to about £150 per month.

A bit about me…

I work in fundraising for a cancer charity and tend to be in the office 3 or more days a week 😊. When I’m not working, I love swimming in the lido, reading, going to the theatre and the usual brunches, casual drinks and binge watching below deck. My party days are behind me (for the most part) and I’m more of an in bed by 10:30pm kinda gal now 😂.

I’m pretty easy going but like to keep the flat fairly clean and tidy and would be great to live with someone who felt the same. Ideally, I’d like my new flatmate to be someone keen to chill together in the evenings in front of the tele, occasional pub visits or cinema trips and hopefully become friends 😊
