Double room to let in beautiful child friendly warehouse.

Big double room to let in a beautiful home at Arena Design Centre, Haringey Warehouse District. Start day must be 13 May. Vibes are mindful and chill, it's not a party house. Shared with 5 females including a 14 years old and a male cat, our baby! Vibes are chill out, creative and child friendly; it is not a party house. The room is 2 in one, the larger maybe used as dormitory/living space and the smaller room as studio/office? Each space has one skylight letting plenty of light and air in. We're a mixture of ages (though mainly in their early twenties and me in my forties) and tastes, students, entrepreneurs and path finders. We're looking for a female flatmate who is truly child friendly and cares about people, spaces, is respectful, chill out, grounded and overall fresh and positive. We don't cook/consume meat in the house except for fish. An attitude towards compromising to do your effort to have minimum negative environmental impact is definitely a plus. An interest in children's education and/or meditation in anyway would simply be ace!
The agreement: offering the room for the summer months with a possibility of becoming permanent. One month deposit.

Commitments:
We have a weekly cleaning rota. We all tidy after ourselves. We all bring cleaning products, toiletry, cat's food/litter and we have a couple of commons food sections. We are OK with living spaces being used in creative ways (playing music, drawing, video making, craft and other makings, dancing, silk climbing etc). Please do not contact us if you cannot commit to doing your part to keep the space clean and fresh.

About you:
I am looking for a female person who values homely vibes; somebody who is truly child friendly, maybe you come from a cultural background where children and adults mingle spontaneously. We want to leave with someone who cares about people, spaces, is respectful, chill out, grounded, clean and tidy, and overall fresh and positive. The let is for about three months, to be agreed, and with the possibility of becoming permanent. This is, to be sincere, because I am looking for a match, rather than just to fill up the room.

The neighborhood: Arena Design Center is a creative and social hub. There is a mixed of artists, IT, DIY and social scientists as well as people into humanities. We're part of Haringay Warehouse District, a vibrant and huge community with all kind of ideas being put into practise. Its a 15 minutes walk from Manor house station (Piccadilly line) and Seven Sisters (Victoria line), and 10mins from Haringay Green Lanes (Overground). A stroll from Green Lanes, a vivid street full of restaurants and coffee shops, and a shorter walk to Arena Business Shopping and a massive Sainsbury's store. We also got plenty of greenery around, including Finsbury Park and Woodberry downs, where you can go for a swim at the water reserve.
