You will be sharing with an easygoing, sociable homeowner, who is only around when in London for work. A few days a month. Rarely weekends.

I'm hoping for someone long term, who is looking for a home. I'm not often there, but like to chat when I am.

The flat is in good repair, and I hope to share it with someone who is keen to make a nice environment. We can work together to keep the flat in a good state and feeling like a home.

The garden needs work, which I will be fixing this year. I've had gardeners and non-gardeners live with me. It's not something I expect you to deal with, only to let me know when there are problems.

I work in film, and have a project in autumn that will mean I'm around more. I like to socialise in the evenings when I'm in London, but work from home, generally, during the day.
