We have a bright and airy double bedroom over looking the garden available to move in immediately ☺️

The house is a beauty - a detached Victorian number with a vibrant yellow front door, on a very peaceful street, and yet is only a 3 minute stroll to the number 3 bus which will get you in to Brixton tube in under 10 minutes no questions asked.

We’re also a 10 min walk from Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and West Dulwich stations. Trains found there will whisk you away to destinations such as Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, St Pancras and beyond, all in about 15-20 minutes. There’s also on-street parking, and the house comes with a driveway which will be available to use.

We also a beautiful little garden perfect for BBQs with hungry friends!

Prospective housemates would need to be clean and tidy, and treat the house as a home rather than a place to crash.

We are 3 friends - I am a Community Psychiatric Nurse, Emma works at the British Museum and Chloe works at KCL. We enjoy socialising in the evenings over wine and cooking, pub trips and film nights. Please note this is not a party house!

Rent is £730 pcm plus bills on top at about £120 a month. Included in the rent is a gardener. Deposit is £785. The yearly contract runs from December with a 6 month break clause and you can leave at any time with 2 months notice.

The area has great pubs and cafes, as well as a weekly farmers market and the Lido. Brockwell Park is a stones throw from the house and Dulwich Park is a short walk away. Plenty of green space to enjoy walks/runs.
