I have either a very large double room or good sized single room available for a short term let (upto 1st week of July), in a newly decorated flat (everything has just been repainted in the last few weeks) that is available immediately and only a few mins walk to Barnes station.

Everything is well-maintained and the room has also just been completely repainted too - so it feels nice and fresh.

Ideally I am looking for a short term-let between now and the start of July - exact dates can be slightly flexible, though I am looking for someone to move in soon - the room prices have been discounted during this period to (hopefully) help.

You have lots of free on-street parking 1 - 2 mins from the flat and would be sharing with some great flat-mates. The flat has just been completely redecorated, with a consistent theme throughout and comes with fantastic, long-term flatmates!

The room is fully furnished, as shown in the pictures with quality furniture and a large double built-in-wardrobe. You would be sharing the kitchen (with 2 fridge freezers) and 2 bathroom units and all bills are included (inc fast 5G Wifi).

The beautiful Richmond Park is only a short walk away and there are some small local shops 2 mins away plus you have great access to local supermarkets on Upper Richmond Road. Good train and bus connections are very close too, so you have easy access to Putney, Richmond, Barnes, Sheen and commuting around London is simple and quick.

All bills, including Council tax, are included.
