I am moving out of a spacious furnished double bedroom in Streatham/South West London to move in with my partner and I am looking for someone to take over my room.

The house is spacious 3 bedroom house, with open plan kitchen/reception and a massive garden. You will be living with 2 other people; Omar 29 and Ivo 25. The house is very social and is LGBTQ+ friendly. They are very chilled and do their own things too and very respectful. They value a clean and cosy vibe! Looking for someone who is open to being part of the house as opposed to having a room in the house.

There's board games, movie and general chill nights and if you watch anime that is a mega plus!!

Nearest station is Streatham Common (Zone 3) which is a 7 min walk from the house. From Streatham Common is 4min to Balham - access to Northern Line.

There is also a bus that goes directly to Brixton tube station that is a 20 mins journey.

Bills (£850) include everything apart from council tax and internet which is split between the three. (Approx £70 per person)

I am moving out on 18th of May so looking for someone to take over the room after that.
