There are bus stops right outside with regular buses, which can take you to either Brixton for the Victoria Line or the Tooting Bec or Balham for the Northern Line and of course Streatham Hill station to CJ and Victoria etc!
Available the beginning of August subject to agency referencing checks. Tenancy is until November 2024, however happy to move to a rolling once expired or re-sign. Right next to Streatham high road so is just a short walk away from a bunch of shops and eateries. Also very close to Tooting Common.
About the other Flattie, 42 year old Kiwi working remotely but happy to work around if the other flattie is hybrid. I am a sport observer, bit of a foodie, music enthusiast and absolute coffee snob but loves a cuppa tea too.
