Would best suit professional, who routinely goes home for weekends and is out at work Mon to Fri during the day. Not suitable for those who need to study or work from home during the day.

Sadly, no couples or pets. Must have the right to stay and work in UK and can provide, employer and previous landlord references.

The house is on a quiet residential street, but ideally positioned in Zone 2, between Queen's Park & Kensal Rise; providing easy access to local amenities, Moberly sports centre, restaurants, parks & gastro pubs.
