The room is for £430 per week. The rent is paid every 6 months. (One year contract. First instalment paid in July and the second in January). Bills are excluded.

You’ll be joining me (22) and Saima (22). We’re both childhood friends and very clean and respectable. We spend time together in the flat but also have our own time and space. Saima is going to graduate from KCL soon and I’m going to be graduating from Imperial. We’re both huge Taylor Swift fans!

The room has a balcony and you will be sharing a bathroom with Saima! (who is very clean)

The flat is also right next to a cute cafe and there is a cute communal outdoor area for residents!
