Looking for a new flat mate in beautiful Maida Vale! (2 bed opposite the station)

Rent: £975 (bills around £75 in summer and £140 in winter). Deposit is £1125
Start of contract around 10th June

📍Location: opposite Maida Vale tube station (you can see the station outside the window- very well connected). On a street with shops, cafes & pub. Paddington recreation ground (with gym, tennis courts etc) is a 5 min walk and Little Venice is very close

🏡 No living room but the room is a very big double with high ceilings. (Will be fully furnished minus the small sofa/chair).

About me: Im 25, work in marketing and go to the office around once a week. I enjoy going to pubs/bars, yoga, coffee dates, exploring new places in London, etc. I’d like to find a flat mate who is friendly and also values a clean & tidy space (clean shared space is big for me)

I’ve lived in this flat for a year and love it. It was refurbished to a high standard before I moved in but the agents are very responsive and any maintenance issues are always fixed fast anyway.
