I’m leaving my bright and spacious ensuit double bedroom after 2.5 years in Maida Vale. The flat is in a Victorian house, Lauderdale Mansions, and your room will be at the end of the flat, overlooking the beautiful shared garden. I’ve therefore always valued the privacy of this room (not like in other central apartments, a building 3 meters away) and the birds chirping in the morning during spring and summer.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed with under bed storage, a large built in wardrobe (floor to ceiling) and a big bathroom with tub. Bathroom floor was renovated November 2023, so it’s in a good condition.

The flat itself is an airy three bedroom flat where you’ll be sharing with two other women. It’s got a spacious living room, kitchen and also a small balcony towards the street. You’ll be 5 minutes walking distance from Maida Vale metro station with cafes and shops around the corner, 15 minutes walking from Little Venice and 3 minutes away from Paddington Rec - the local park with a gym, tennis courts and track field. You also have a great sushi place just down the street, and a few minutes away multiple pubs and a nice French restaurant with delicious pain au chocolates - great for Sunday mornings.

We’re looking for a business professional women, preferably 30+ who’s interested in a nice and tidy apartment in this quiet area - a place to call home.

You’ll be sharing with Kirstie, Canadian who’s lived in London for 2 years, with a passion for travel and knows the best spots for a good coffee or brunch around town - and Lottie, from the UK, knows everything there is to know about Taylor Swift and is always up for sharing recommendations on the latest TV-shows and movies.
