Urgently: two female flatmates in Marylebone

We are urgently seeking flatmates in our 5 gorgeous bedroom plus reception apartment in Marylebone (NW1). The flat is super spacious and in the heart of Marylebone. Located on a quiet street, it’s the perfect mix between central London and peace and quiet. Well connected to public transit 2 minute walk from edge ware road station and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Hyde Park.

We are looking to fill one medium sized bedroom: £1,000 per month

Two single bedrooms (to one person- perfect for a bedroom/ office or bedroom / dressing room): £1,100 per month.

Bills will be split in between four. We have yet to move in so it’s hard to approximate cost but we are guessing they will be about £100 per month (per person).

Avail next week. We need someone to sign on this week for move in next week / first week of May.

We are looking for someone who would like a home over a house share, preference for female, full time employee, preferably between the ages of 21-30. Someone who is quiet and respectful but also enjoys sharing a glass of wine, the occasional movie night and trying new restaurants.

A little about us, 26 year old from Canada working in publishing. I love reading, yoga, the gym and strolls through central with a coffee.

Ilona is a 29 year old Ukrainian who has recently graduated from her masters degree. She works in hospitality, is very sociable, loves to chat over a glass of wine and is an incredible cook!
