After almost 2 years I must unfortunately leave this apartment, so I am looking for someone to take over my room.

A beautiful apartment in Grade II listed gated building, with a large courtyard/garden. Part of Tredegar Square Conservation area, it is very quiet and comfortable.

The flat is 2 minutes from Mile End Station (Central line, Hammersmith & City, District, Circle line) - 2 stops from the Liverpool Street Station, or 15 minutes to Oxford Street and Central London and 20 minutes away from Canary Wharf by bus.

It’s 5 minutes to the canal and 10 minutes on foot to Victoria park. Also two beautiful pubs around the corner.

Open plan living room and kitchen with plenty of room, parquet floors throughout the whole apartment, high ceilings and tall windows with lots of natural light, a central view over the courtyard.

Amenities are numerous: washing machine, dishwasher, sink, vacuum, TV, clean and large cupboards.

The room is nice and bright and each tenant has his separate own large bathroom, with bath and shower. Also there is a large storage room. Comfy bed and mattress.

PEOPLE

The current roommate is a nice, reliable and very easy-going man, I have been living with for a year and a half. Most days he is at the office, some days he works from home and travels quite frequently.

Great neighbours too, with an active WhatsApp community.

As tenants you will deal directly with the landlord rather than a management agency, and the landlord is reactive, readily accessible and accommodating.
