Welcome to our flat conveniently located in the heart of Central East, just a stone's throw away from Stepney Green Station (literally 1 min walking).

I’m moving out of the flat (me and my boyfriend are moving in together) and I’m looking for someone to get my lovely bedroom!

Here's what you need to know:

About the Room: the room is a big double bedroom with access to a shared balcony offering a stunning view. You'll share a toilette with just one other flatmate, as the third has an ensuite. While we don't have a living room, we do have a spacious kitchen and balcony.

The bedroom comes with the bed frame, mattress and the wardrobe. Everything else is mine, but I’ll probably sell some of the stuff so you are interested in something we can negotiate and I can leave it here!

About the Flat: we're just a minute's walk from Stepney Green Station. You'll find Tesco and Sainsbury's just seconds away, along with a variety of restaurants nearby. You'll be sharing the flat with two foreign qualified lawyers (Daniel is from Brazil and Carol is from Ecuador) currently working from home. There’s space available in the bedroom to set up a table if you also work from home.

Rental Details: The monthly rent is £1,066 plus bills (council tax Band D, energy, water, and WiFi), totaling approximately £1,200 per month, but this changes a bit depending on the season. We're looking for a tidy individual who values cleanliness and respects shared spaces.

The current tenancy contract goes until September 1st, and the agency is aware that I’m finding someone to replace me for the last three months (June 1st to September 1st). Both current flatmates intend to renew the contract, so we're seeking someone interested in a longer-term stay and renew the contract with them.

Move-In Details: The official move-in date is June 1st, but the room will be available from May 21st. If you wish to move in earlier, you can do so by paying the proportional rent and bills from May 21st onwards.
