Double room available - Zone 1

I’m looking for someone to move into my lovely flat in Vauxhall/Nine Elms as my flatmate is sadly moving further out of the city.

It’s a pretty spacious flat with a loft. The room is bright and cosy, fully furnished with storage under the bed. The living area is a modern and open plan kitchen diner with a large bay window.

The flat is very central ~10 minutes from both Vauxhall (victoria line/national rail) and Nine Elms (northern line). There’s a large Sainsbury’s 5 mins away. Permit parking is also available on the road.

We’re right by the river and St James Park is under a 30 minute walk away for some green space.

A bit about me - I currently work in finance recruitment working from the office 3 days a week. I’m pretty laid back and would like to live with someone similar. Definitely keen on someone I can become friends with - would love to live with someone who’s down for brunch or a night out every now and then as well as a weeknight Netflix binge.

I’m pescatarian so if you don’t eat meat that’s a plus but not a dealbreaker at all
