Spacious double room in a 2 bed house - Nine Elms

Hello, I am Federico, 32yo professional from Italy working as private chef around London. I have lived in this propriety for 2 years now and I'm really happy with it. Unfortunately my current flatmate needs to move out for work reasons so I am looking for someone to take over the new contract with me (Starting end of June) and replace him. Spacious double room available in this recently refurbished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom propriety in Nine elms area, 7 Min walk to Nine elms station, 10 min walk to Battersea power station.

You will be sharing the flat just with myself.

I am looking for a professional who is very tidy and respectful, who can look after the house and understands the dynamics of flat sharing, but also someone I can share a meal or two with and a bottle of wine (Only good wine tho :D)

You will need proof of income, as the agency will be running checks in order to change the name on the contract.

Move in date flexible, as long as it's by the end of June.

Rent is £1075 + bills, (around £150 each during winter months and below £100 each during summer), very reasonable considering the current market prices, state of the propriety and location.
