Cosy double bedroom near Nine Elms and Vauxhall for rent in a friendly, four bedroom, female flat.

The flat is predominantly on the first and second floor of a terraced house on a quiet residential street near Nine Elms and Vauxhall. There are great transport links, with Nine Elms, Vauxhall, Oval and Stockwell all within walking distance, and plenty of shops nearby, including a large Sainsbury’s right next to Nine Elms station.

The bedroom is to the rear of the house so overlooks back gardens. There is a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside drawer unit, desk and a chair.

There is a good-sized, shared kitchen with the usual appliances (no dishwasher); a living room with a large dining table, sofas and a TV; and a large shower room, which also houses the washer/dryer. One of the bedrooms is up in the eaves and has its own en suite, so you only share the bathroom with two other flatmates! Bills are not included and each room takes on one bill to pay with the balances being settled via Splitwise. Council Tax is currently £44.25 a month per person. We also hire a regular cleaner to keep the communal spaces tidy.

I will be staying on at the property but moving into a different room, so feel free to reach out with any questions. The move in date can be a bit flexible but mid June is preferred.

The new tenant should be a professional female with a permanent job and please be aware before applying that there is a 2 year minimum contract with no break clause.
