We are looking for somebody looking to stay in London for 3 months only.

The rent is £500 pcm inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, Wi-Fi etc). If you are interested please send me a message here to arrange a viewing.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The available room is a single bedroom with a double bed. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is ideal for somebody who has to work from home.. There is also space downstairs in the living room or kitchen to work and study.

The house is in a quiet street off Northfields Avenue within close walking distance of Northfields Station and South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line). It is also close to West Ealing Station on the District Line and on the Western Rail Main Line. West Ealing is also a stop on the Elizabeth line. This makes the journey into central London and to Canary Wharf much faster. There are also very good bus services close by, such as the E2 and E3. The Uxbridge Road is a short walk away where there are frequent buses to Ealing Broadway (5 minutes away) which has a big shopping centre and many restaurants and bars.

There is street parking in Glenfield Road. A parking permit is available form Ealing Council. The house is in council band E.

The house is fully furnished throughout to a good standard and is very secure. The house has a garden with wood decking and a shed. The only access to the rear of the house is through a door from Loveday Road which is bolted on the inside.

The house has two bathrooms: one on the first floor with a bath (with shower), toilet and washbasin and, in the utility room on the ground floor, there is a shower, toilet and basin The house has central heating which extends to all rooms and all common areas. The living room is on the ground floor; it has a large bay window, wood flooring, two 3-seater leather sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV (with Google Chromecast).

The house has a lot of storage. There is a shed in the garden, a cupboard in the utility room and a large cupboard under the stairs. Plus there is 15 m2 of storage in the loft with access by a telescopic ladder that can be pulled down from the loft hatch.

The property has recently been refurbished/redecorated. This included a new wooden floor in the living room. There is a brand new gas cooker and hob in the kitchen and two large fridge/freezers (both renewed recently). There is a combi boiler which supplies the central heating and provides constant hot water. This is checked regularly as part of the gas safety certificate. There is a washing machine and a brand new tumble dryer in the utility room.

All repairs, maintenance and refurbishment costs plus the replacement of inventory items are paid for by the Landlord.

The 4 house mates, Fabio, Nishita, Keri and Ami are professionals in their 20s and 30s. They are British and other nationalities. Two of them have lived at the house for several years. The house is very welcoming and friendly, and everybody's privacy is respected.

We are looking for a 5th person who will fit in, is easygoing and tidy.

As a live-out Landlord I have owned and let the house since 1986. I live in London and am very careful to ensure the property is always well maintained. The house is registered as an HMO (House of multiple occupancy) with Ealing Council. This means that it complies with all regulations for rented accommodation and is regularly inspected. Since the property is managed directly by the owner there are no agency fees.
