About the room:
Looking for someone to fill the second floor bedroom. It is a double room, with a large built-in wardrobe for storage. This room is on the 2nd floor, with a shared bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower (shared with one other person). It is a bright, private and quiet room. The contract will be for 12 months (until July 2025), with an option to renew. Bills range from around £125 to £200 pcm, depending on the time of year. There is space for a small desk in the room, but there are various places you can work in the living room and kitchen.

About us:
We've lived in the house (which has always been mixed, two male and two female) for a few years. Unfortunately, due to a rent increase two of our housemates were forced to move out. A friend of ours is moving into one of the rooms but we are looking for a final person to fill the room upstairs. Any prospective tenants will need to be ready to sign ASAP following a viewing/ introduction.
