(Min stay 6months/Max stay 1 year with the possiblity of an extension/roll on contract).

The ideal flatmate would be a respectable, mature professional, non smoker, who lives outside of London but requires a calm, relaxing space to stay during the week for work.

The current flatmate works multiple jobs during the week including night shifts and will be less present for some of the week.
