**Available with ~2 weeks’ notice at any point from 20 May** Hi! Due to my current flatmate moving out, I have a spare en-suite bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment at Coppermaker Square in Stratford, a brand new development a stone’s throw from Westfield Stratford.

The flat is hi-spec and modern with underfloor heating, air cooling, and a rather nice kitchen. You will have exclusive use of the primary bedroom with built in wardrobe and en-suite.

Included in the development is a 25m indoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, yoga studio, gym, spin studio, co-working space, rooftop garden and lounge area.

I also have a large TV and sound system and subscribe to most streaming services which you are welcome to use.

I am a lawyer working in Holborn, WFH x3 days a week (from my bedroom - there’s plenty of space for a desk set up in the living room if you need) and enjoy cooking, tech & design.

I have a fortnightly cleaner (£55, split) - other bills not included except the internet. The lease ends at the start of September 2024, after which I can’t promise anything but I would be open to exploring renewing as I enjoy living here.
