The room comes with double bed (ottoman bed with underbed storage), large chest of drawers and cupboard.
Pretty flexible with decorating too so if you wanted to paint the room etc I’d be open to it and helping with it - if you have other interior decorating skills for the rest of the flat I’d also love that haha

Living room with large TV, sofa, dining table.
TV has pretty much all the streaming platforms (sports, movies, tv)
Newly fitted bathroom with obnoxiously large shower.

Kitchen has coffee machine (with coffee bean grinder for the freshest coffee!), air fryer, double oven and nutribullet.
Also has a washer/dryer and small dish washer.

I do also have an office/spare room (it has a sofa bed).
Great for if anyone comes to visit.
If it's not in use, feel free to work from there if you want, otherwise the living room table can be used.
If you were keen for a desk in the room though I’m sure it can be sorted.

Got a tesco express and co-op within a few mins walk but theres a larger Lidl on the way to stockwell for a bigger shop and a better wine selection

About me:
I'm a live in landlord and I've been renovating the flat and will most likely be doing further minor improvements here and there when I can - doors in the flat are my next priority. Because I live here, I’m always looking for ways to improve the flat so you won’t have a slum landlord, I promise!


I’m very laid back and would want you to feel at home here, not just a house share.
I'm a physiotherapist and currently do a mix of work from home and out and about.
I also do aesthetics on the side so can keep you looking youthful.

I enjoy cycling, video games (I’m a bit of a closet nerd), sports, festivals, music (mainly techno/house but also from indie to pop) and socialising.

Love a good night out but not gonna come crashing in and wake you up in the early hours of the morning.
Equally happy unwinding after work with a few quiet drinks at local pubs/bars or in the park when it’s sunny.

I’m looking for someone laid back who would fit into the flat socially, enjoy hanging out as well as having own social lives - not just be a bit of a ghost.
I hate silence so there's usually some music on during the day (and when the urge hits I'm a sub par bedroom dj) but it's not blaring, I promise.
The flat is ready to live in & kitted out, so someone who is respectful of the appliances/furniture is key.
