Large Double Room in Oval

Hi I’m Lucie and I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely large furnished double bedroom in Oval. The room costs £900pcm excluding bills but on average I pay around £1000 a month for rent and bills.

My move out date is flexible in June/July. The tenancy runs until 17 December but the landlord is keen for us to extend.

The flat is in a great location- 8 mins walk to Oval tube station and 15 mins to Stockwell. We have lovely neighbours and the block has a nice community feel. There’s a nice park just outside the car park (you can get a permit for parking) and our front door is on a balcony walkway which gives us some outdoor space when the suns out!

You’ll be sharing the flat with my bestfriend Emma, a 26 year old female who works in the environment sector. Emma enjoys reading, cooking, going to the gym and a few pints with friends. I’m looking for a 26+ female professional who likes to socialise but will be respectful and look after the space. We like to have a nice cosy home to relax in.

We also have lots of storage space in the flat which is really handy!
