The apartment is located in central Fitzrovia W1T. 5 minutes walk to Oxford Street and 15 minutes walk to Mayfair. So perfect for those of you who work centrally. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is shared with me and a 27 year old Italian girl.
The room is a large and spacious double room. We have a shared kitchen and bathroom. The rent is £1100 per month including bills. Which is AMAZING price for this area. We are looking for someone calm, respectful and tidy.
