Hi there,

We're Sean, Lara and Cab and we're great pals who are sadly losing a fellow great pal, so we've got their amazing room up for grabs in a cracker of a house.

We're 28 and 27, Sean does post production things, Lara works for a charity, and Cab owns a Gardening company (hence why our Garden looks beauty)

Our gaff is about 10 mins walk from Parsons Green station, quite close to the river and generally in a nice part of town - on Daisy Lane, sounds like a fairytale I know!!

We've got a big 3 bedroom house with a nice garden, a roof terrace, and a basement with an exercise bike that we actually sometimes use.

The room we're offering is at the top of the house, a whole floor to yourself, the penthouse suite if you will! It's got an en suite and is such a good size.

Me , Lara and Cab are on the floor below and are on-hand for good times! We hang out most nights, we cook meals together and go to the pub with our other pals. We sometimes have people over to ours so we're looking for someone who's sociable and a fun time!! You can also hide away on your own floor though, what a luxury!

Bills are not included. Also don't panic about the pics, we've furnished everything and it looks fantastic. The room itself comes furnished with: built-in wardrobe, desk, sofa, tv stand, coffee table etc
