Description:
Arty, gypsy Colourful warehouse flat with 2 bedrooms, high ceilings, 900mb super-fast fibre optic internet & panoramic views of London located in trendy Peckham/Camberwell(Zone 2) in between London Bridge, Bermondsey, Camberwell and Elephant and Castle linked to many popular sightseeing destinations via public transport or under 20 min by bicycle.
I am an artist/film-maker, who has been living in South London before it was trendy. Depending on your like it is one of the most vibrant areas in London with culture and genuine people
The Space:
The flat is on the 4th floor of the desirable warehouse building with an original architectural design.
You will have the whole 2 bedroom flat to yourself.
The flat is designed with upcycled furniture that was found on the street or in antique markets.
Industrial cable wire holders turned into coffee tables, wooden palettes turned into bed frames, easels turned into film spotlight tripods.

Getting around
There are great bus links to the centre as well as Elephant&Castle where you can catch the tube. Or if you work in London Bridge it is only a short bus or bike ride away. Peckham Rye train/overground station is about 20 min walk.
The building is 2 min walk to the bus station and Peckham Rye station is under 20 minutes.
The 343 bus is only 2 min walk from the door, which will bring you to Elephant & Castle in 15 min and London Bridge in 25 min.
Although I would highly suggest renting an electric bicycle or a scooter, it is under 20 minutes to get to central London. if you have your own bike, it is a bit of a tight squeeze but you can park your bike on the bike rails in the gated courtyard of the building.
