Double room available for 1-3 months, flexible start and end dates. Perfect for someone who has just moved to London and is looking for something short term.

Flat is a new build 2 bed 1.5 bath with a large living space, modern kitchen, washer/dryer and two balconies. There is also access to a roof space, perfect for hosting guests. Kitchen comes fully stocked with a dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, etc but more than welcome to bring anything else you have!

The building is located just off rye lane, 3 min walk from Peckham Rye station with access to overground, thameslink and southern rail. 15 mins to Victoria, London Bridge and Blackfriars. 20 mins to Shoreditch. Plenty of bars, cafes and Peckham Rye park - great place to be for the summer!

The room comes with bed frame, mattress and a clothes rail. Still space for other furniture in the room, happy to discuss purchasing these with the tenant if required.

Shared desk available in the living room so not ideal for someone who works from home full time. Space in the room for a small desk if needed.

Bills include council tax, wifi and electricity. These come to c. £150 and will be pro-rata'd based on how long you'd like to stay.

A bit about me: I'm a 25 y/o male from Ireland who's been in London for nearly 3 years now. I've been in this flat for two of these and have loved it! Just looking for someone to put an ease on the rent for a few months.

I work a relatively demanding job, with a significant amount of travel and have friends dotted around the city so don't spend a huge amount of time in the flat - I want anyone staying to feel comfortable and make it their temporary home!
