Hello! Room in house share for rent in Peckham.

This lovely room is one of 4 rooms. The room is on the 3rd floor of the house and requires you to go up two sets of stairs. We have a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and large garden.

Well-connected house with multiple bus routes within a minute walk. 10 mins from Queens Rd Peckham. And 10 mins from Peckham Rye.
Looking for woman or non-binary person.

The house has a kitchen, living room with TV and a full library and massive garden with outside couch (peep our sphynx).

You will be living with 3 other femmes. They are fun, loving people who would gladly show you a night out or spend a chill night at home. The house has a few board game collectors so we have quite a few in the living area that you are free to use!

Currently the house operates on communal living, shared meals etc. You would not be expected to participate but would always be welcome!

We also have a sphynx cat who loves cuddles! (Not required to cuddle but would be very happy)
