The room is on the first floor with nice view. Very large and full furnished with double size wardrobe, double bed, large table with office chair ,two small tables besides the bed, table lamps and a big built in storage space.

The house has huge beautiful and kept garden with terrace and garden furniture, table and chairs and two sunbeds. The house is set in quite and clean area up on the hill with close connection to Wimbledon Common Park and Richmond Park.
Truly the greenest part of London!
Good traffic connection: Just 8 min. walk to Putney South Thames Collage, Roehampton South Thames College, 10 min. walk to Roehampton University. The nearest bus stop is only 1 min walk, number 430 from Roehampton to Kensington, 7 min. walk to bus number 337 from Richmond to Clapham Junction and 439 to Tooting Broadway. and 170 from Victoria and walking distance to Barnes station (Zone 3) with frequent rail service to Waterloo (20 min), Richmond (8 min) etc.
The house has double glazed windows, kitchen with lots of storage space (some equipment is new) and nice tidy bathroom with toilet.

There is free parking in front of the house.

We are looking for a nice, polite and tidy person. Who respect others and will keep the room and other shared places in a good condition.
There are three sharing tenants in the house.
