I’ve been in the flat for 2 and a half years but my flatmate is sadly moving out as she wants to explore East London. Looking for someone who is fun, clean, respectful each others things and space, but also up for a chat in the evening and trip to the pub, but also has their own thing going on! I work from home two days a weeks so preferably looking for someone who isn’t permanently wfh. I’m 28 originally from Sydney but have been in London for 4 years now. Ideally looking for someone over the age of 27 in a permanent role!
The room is £950 per month plus bills - we deal directly with the landlord who is lovely and always available when we need! Room comes part-furnished (wardrobe and draws included) but can sell the bed to you.
Move in date is 30 June (sorry can’t do any later)!
