We have a large single room available in our 3 bed terraced house with a large garden in a quiet, leafy residential neighbourhood. House has 2 floors plus a large loft space for storage, 2 bathrooms including one with a shower over a large bath (which would be primarily yours), shared home office (one of us works from home FT) and a combo washer/dryer. We have off-street parking, there's ample free parking on our street plus and it's accessible to many transport links (busses and trains).

Bills are about £120 per month including council tax (Band D) and fast internet.

You'll be sharing with an easygoing, extroverted couple in their 30's/40's who like movies and video games, cooking, gardening, travelling and outdoor activities. Our current housemate is leaving due to change in job so we're looking for someone to take their spot at our little oasis 🌴 If this sounds like what you're looking for then let's have a chat!
