This is a house with the Victorian facade, situated on a quiet road right next to the Regent's Park. The commute is awesome! It is 6 minutes to walk to the Regent's Park tube station, less than 5 minutes to Great Portland Street and 8 minutes to Warren Street station. There are also numerous buses that can take you anywhere in London.
Furthermore, the area is very convenient to live in: many grocery shops nearby, including 5 minute walk to Tesco. Cafes, restaurants, pubs - right at your disposal. Anything one's heart could want: from starbucks, itsu and mcdonalds to local treasures of Central London!
The most important part for me (a young girl) is that the area is highly safe to live in! There is a business centre situated nearby and the passersby are mostly people who work there or families.
About the house: there are three rooms in the house, occupied by two girls: 21 and 23 years old business and economics students. They do not party or drink alcohol. The majority of time they spend studying. The house has amenities like washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub. Also, there is a really cute rooftop and a spacious living room.
