Hi,

My flat is currently looking for a new flatmate.

The flat has a living room, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and the bathroom is shared only between two. The bedroom has a bed, desk, large wardrobe, chair and bedside table etc.

The rent is £245pw and the flat is on Cornwall Gardens (SW7), really close to Imperial College London campus (10mins bedroom to lecture). It’s a really good price for the location and east-west facing on the fourth floor (with lift) so receives a lot of natural sunlight. Bills are around £58pm.

The flat is very near Gloucester Road station (2mins), and also close to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens (5mins), the Science, Natural History, and V&A Museums (10mins), Harrods (25mins walk, 10mins bus), and there are three supermarkets within 5mins walk including a large Sainburys and Waitrose.

The current flatmates both study at Imperial, going into third year and fourth year, one British and one Korean.
