Double room, zone 1, garden + lounge

I have loved living in this house in elephant and castle.

The house itself is only 10 minutes from the Thameslink, northern and Bakerloo line stations! Perfect for anyone working in the city, Shoreditch, soho, west London and south London!

On the street - it’s leafy, private and quiet. This is one of the few dead end roads around, meaning there are no police cars or strangers going by.

The flatmates already there (three guys) are very easy going and respectful of noise. They're happy to hang out, or give you your space when you need it.

There is a separate lounge/dining room - meaning you don’t have to eat dinner in your room, and you can host friends. Anyone who takes the room will have full access to the garden for summer barbecues (great now that the weather is improving).

The house is 4bed 2bath, meaning you’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one person. The kitchen has ample storage space for all 4 people.
