Cozy room in fantastic location

Hello!

After 6 years in this great flat, it's time to move out and I am looking or someone to take my room.

The house has got a fabulous location, it's located just in between Liverpool Street Station and Aldgate East/Aldgate stations, less than a minute walk from Spitalfields market.

It is a full house with 3 floors, and it has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 1 small toilet, a patio and a terrace in the last floor (gets sun at lunchtime!).

The room is located in the second floor and it will be partly furnished but not everything seen in the pictures. Another flatmate is moving out soon so the new flatmate will have the opportunity to take the other room nextdoor which is way bigger than that one :)

A bit of info about the current flatmates:

- 32 year old French woman who works in Marketing.
- 30 year old Italian woman who works in website development.
- 27 year old French male who works as an energy consultant (only until Sept, then replaced by a 29 year old French female who works in Marketing)

We're looking for someone who can join the good and relaxed vibe of the house, who is respectful with others and clean :). Preferably a professional, at least 27 years old and no preference for gender. Please provide some info about yourself when messaging :)

Important info:

- Rent: £660/calendar month
- Bills: It's usually around 100-150£ (varies based on usage of gas/electricity). This includes council tax, internet, water, electricity, gas and the cleaner (comes every 2 weeks to clean common spaces).
- Contract: There is a 6 month min contract but it's usually quite flexible (very friendly agency which is difficult to find!), but we aren't looking for someone very short term.
- Deposit: It is around £700 and it's protected.

I am looking to move out before the 26th May as the rent months go from the 26th of each month but I could potentially do earlier, so I can be a bit flexible.
